My name is Matt Johnson and I have been an I.T. consultant for well over 10 years in the North Lake Tahoe/Truckee area and the San Francisco Bay area since the early 1990’s. I have been in the process of restructuring my business into a new company: Eco I.T.
Eco I.T. is a premier I.T. Management company. We are a collective of I.T. professionals facilitated my Matt Johnson.
Eco I.T. offers two types of service.
1. Traditional per hour service. If you have an issue with your home or office computer(s) whether it be a server, workstation, router, firewall, or any other hardware or software issue we are quick to respond and will solve the problem accurately and timely. We have hourly rates.
2. Synergy. Synergy is a new service we offer. Synergy is a real time I.T. Management Solution. Servers and workstations are monitored 24/7/365. Problems are recognized and fixed before problems arise. Software updates and backups are automated. Synergy is a monthly service, no contract required. The fee is based on the number of Servers and Workstations on a network. Synergy is a fee based service with unlimited support. We will come in, analyze your network, make sure everything is running well then maintain the network. One fee per month. This makes it much easier to budget your I.T. costs and is much cheaper than having in house I.T. staff. It is in our interest to keep your business up and running with as little down time possible.
